2. AidOnline offers you to install this Software only if you agree to all of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in these TOU. By using this Software, you are agreeing to all of those terms, conditions, and notices.

3. As used in these TOU, the term “this Software” includes all Software products and services provided and owned by AidOnline.

 

B. PERSONAL OR WORK USE

1. You will be licensed to use this Software for your own personal use or internally in your company, and you undertake to use the program in accordance with all current legislation, rules and provisions. You are NOT entitled to:

- Distribute this Software against payment

- Grant sublicenses to your right to use this Software

C. AGREEMENT NOT TRANSFERABLE

1. You acknowledge that the right to use this Software and any other product or service offered by AidOnline, is personal to you and is not transferable by assignment, sublicense, or any other method to any other person or entity, except upon the express written consent of AidOnline. Any attempt to transfer your rights under these TOU without the express written consent of AidOnline is void and shall constitute a breach of these TOU.

 

D. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
